I looked into the specific links that ChangeMakers supplied to see what they were about and how they could relate to the project.

Ducky for Change

Ducky for Change supports businesses, communities and schools to create an environment for climate action in an engaging, collaborative way.

They do this by recording positive actions through the Ducky app using fun challenges in CO2 Reduction, Food Waste, Plastics and Mindful Citizenship.

How it works:

1. Run a climate challenge of your choice over two weeks in your organisation, group or school.
2. Group into teams eg. community groups or classes in school. This is who will work together during the challenge.
3. Spread the word about the challenge in the organisation. Get the interest going, get people talking about it and ready to act/compete against each other
4. The campaign begins. The teams collaborate to take tangible actions to reduce their carbon footprint and environmental impact. They record their actions on the Ducky platform and encourage their team members to do the same.
5. At the end of the campaign – celebrate all the successes – the winners, the changes and the challenges.

With the Ducky platform, a business will be able to see the change and celebrate success together.
