What Is A Moodboard?

Purposes of a Moodboard

1. Definition: Visually define your brand, product, or marketing campaign
2. Inspiration: Help stimulate creativity by drawing upon different styles and motifs.
3. Direction: Act as a guide to navigate any tough design decisions in a project

General Moodboard

Before looking into anything specific I decided to create a general moodboard. Things that I recognised when I initially searched for space and Apollo. I do however, want to look into things more specifically and make more concise moodboards for example just on books, music, websites and the solar system etc.

Pinterest Board

I then took to Pinterest to again make a general mood board of anything that looked good visually or just general space-themed imagery that I recognised or wanted to know more about.
