Having mentioned some ideas for this project in another blog post, target audience, I sketched some of them out to see if they would spark anything new or see if I could devlop them a little bit further.

Taking the idea of Jenga blocks, I thought I could draw inspiration from this in a different way and rather than make it a game where the blocks fall down, I thought I could use them as factual blocks that could tell information.

Next is where the digital aspect comes in. Writing on the end’s of each block would be too difficult using the real thing so I thought I could scale them up in size and use the building blocks to hold content such as random facts, information or images. I have shown this in my sketches.

Adding some colour into my sketches and other relevant ideas around the side.

In order to write content that is suitable for the target audience of 8-10 year olds, I needed to read into each of the goals individually and choose any relevant facts or information that would be interesting or educational for this audience group. I also had to ensure it was written in a way that can be understood and provide revelant pictures to correspond.

General Facts:

  2. The 17 SDGs can be achieved through targets, and their success is measured with indicators
